    Find another alignment location.

My dealer couldn't get my truck right. (I don't think their table was calibrated correctly)

My local tire shop (Tire Discounters) was able to get it fixed and checked Torque when finished.

Yeah that alignment is fucked. Ask them to do it right. -.2 of camber both sides, and 2+* of caster both sides. and both sides even. Both sides even is key and can be done if the tech just takes his time.

Ill take a pic of my LCA bushings but they look exactly the same as on your truck.

Op, those gaps are supposed to be there, they're saw guides. Toyota put them there for you for when you find out you have to cut out your lca adjuster cams because they're seized and you can't get an alignment. That's because Toyota didn't grease them for us. It's a Tacoma rite of passage. Welcome to TW.

Perfectly normal. There is nothing wrong with the way your bushings look.

I can't read your alignment sheet, but I'm sure it has a lot to do with it. Most alignment shops will set a lower caster setting on the drivers side to account for road crown.

I opened your alignment files on my computer. Whoever is aligning it doesn't have any business doing alignments. They're lowering caster on the passenger side which unless your roads are crowned the opposite direction than most, you're truck is going to pull to the right pretty bad. I wouldn't let them touch anything on my truck ever again.

If they're not seized yet that's a great idea. Put a good scratch mark on each one so it can go back in exactly as it was and you'll be good. I recommend a scratch because you can't clean it off by accident while you're working.

Yeah i already got paint marks on my LCA bolts to frame, but a scratch mark on top will be a good idea as well. I think this might be a weekend thing coming up.
