Yeah I was actually just calling them for a quote on tires and they talked me into coming in; that they would do it right away. I went with it because they had a special on my tires, four for the price of two if you buy the enhanced installation package which includes alignment, road hazard, etc. In the end, since I was driving to Shreveport that weekend, I could have picked up 4 new tires at Tire Rack in Shreveport, or gone to Gateway in Shreveport, and they would have solved the brake issue without installing brakes all around. Gateway did my brakes Jan 2015, and those ceramic pads that NTB took off still measured 9 mm in depth. I had a couple more years remaining on those pads. They were hardly worn: much less the rear which probably had 4 more years on them. And the brakes are mushy. NTB is going to have to fix the steering wheel alignment and bleed the brake lines. If they give me any BS I'll take it up with their HQ and have another NTB location rectify. Bottom line is, once those things are fixed, they will never see me again unless I tear a tire. Even then it wont be the Washington St. location.

And BTW, Gateway said to hang onto the pads that were pulled, and they will sand them and put them on after these are done. They also lubed my drive shaft u-joints and turned the rotor no charge. Great people there. Gateway on Bert Koons if anyone is in the Shreveport area.

Can you explain the castor setting a little more, so I don't sound ignorant when I go in there for the fix?
