^You need to get the good vibrations diagnosed by a master tech. I suggest Mark Wahlberg.

Rotate tires front to rear. Does the vibe move from steering to seat?

    Any suspension mods?

    Tire type/size?

    4wd?

My guess is that you have an out-of-balance wheel.

FYI- Your posts are hard to read, maybe throw in some punctuation.
The vibration started with new tires?

What are your tires? How many ply? Do you regularly check PSI? Any chance they're cupping? If so, rotate front to back and monitor your PSI closely going forward. Enjoy the nub-nub-nub sound for the next 40k miles.

Are the wheel spacers hubcentric? Are the spacers torqued by torque wrench? Did you clean the hub surfaces on both sides of the spacer before install?

^If "yes" to all the above, go get your tires balanced by a different shop.

Warped brake rotors will cause that to along with tires out of balance, or just bad set of tires.

Road force balance the tires and check alignment.

No and No. Neither are needed to fix this problem. Road force is an absolute joke and alignment doesn't cause vibrations.

My first troubleshooting suggestion would be to take off the spacer and see what happens. If you still have the problem then it is likely the wheels or the tires. A tire shop would be the best to sort this out.

Have you always had these vibrations? Or did they begin after lift/tire install? The answer is more than likely in that question.

    Here's your steps, from easy/free - not easy/not free:
-*while driving in a straight line safely*, switch into 4HI and see if the vibes go away; if so, diagnosis is needle bearing - due to lift
-grease your drifeshaft.. you'd be surprised how many ppl have never done this; yes, you need to do this; its a 2016 and still has zerks - newer models don't
-remove spacers - check for vibes; you might not be using the correct type of spacer for the job
-get a road force balance; it goes without saying tires need to be balanced properly
-get an alignment - you're lifted now, your old alignment isn't sufficient; while the alignment may now cause vibes, a bad alignment leads to wear and tear on other components that will cause vibes.

If none of those fix your problem, borrow some wheels from someone else. Ensure your wheel/tire combo is or isn't the source of the problem. Could have a bent wheel. If all of this doesn't fix your vibes, look into transmission shudder maybe.

Again, no need for a road force balancer. That is a gimmick from Hunter. All that is needed is a properly calibrated balancer with a tech that knows what they are doing.

If OP got the 285-wide 33" tires like most people, the wheel spacers are necessary to clear the suspension. He would need another set of "known good" wheels + skinny tires to verify things this way.
