Whats up gents?

i have an older pioneer head unit in my Taco AVH-270bt to be exact.

Im thinking of upgrading to a newer app radio type pioneer. Maybe the AVH-x4800bs

Im 95% sure the steering wheel control that is in there currently is a PAC controller.

Will I still be able to use that with the new unit?

Well, I ordered the 4800. I guess ill find out.
In theory it should work i would think. It plugs into the same harnes and the same way into the back of the head unit.
