Sorry for the novice question, but two days ago I reverse parked my truck with the parking brake enabled. When I got into the car, the steering wheel was locked turned towards the right with the tires facing forward. I was able to unlock the steering wheel and I had to disable the parking brake twice in order for the warning light to turn off. Once I disabled the parking brake I felt a jolt and some sounds that I am unsure would be normal or bad. Is having the steering wheel locked for a few days with the tires straight something to worry about? What about the jolt from releasing the parking brake?
