I noticed after driving through a puddle in a parking lot my steering wheel locked up while i was turning into a parking spot. What could be the cause?

Possibly, how many miles do you have on this belt?

Well then that belt needs to be replaced either way, and it may even fix your problem, too.

Belts are cheap. I think you can get all 3 for $30. and it takes about 30 mins to remove and install..
