Hey gang. So I just recently got the 20,000 mile service. I got my tires rotated, wheel alignment, fuel injectors, and oil change. Prior to the service, I was not having any issues. Now after the service, I’m finding that my steering wheel shake that high speeds. Obviously, you guys can’t diagnose without seeing it, but does anyone have any idea why that might be like I said I was having no issues before the wheel alignment/rotation.

Sounds like you have have a wheel out of balance. A rear wheel out of balance can go unnoticed, rotate it to the front and it makes itself known pretty quick like.

Don't ever trust a shop that has talks you into fuel injector service @ 20K.
You can't clean injectors that aren't dirty.

PS. Why did they do an alignment?

Because they try and scam people for this all the time . My last truck I did an alignment at 155 k miles after putting new front and rear shocks/ struts
As long as your tires are wearing fairly even and your truck don’t pull to the side you are good to go. Fuel injector clean another scam when you have the D4S system out truck s have .
    They clean them selves

I'd avoid this dealer service department as they are just pushing services on you that you don't really need. My guess is a crappy tire balance or it threw a weight since you left the dealer. Take it to a n independent tire shop and have them rebalance the tires and go from there.

Check for centered lug nuts on both front wheels. Those kids use air wrenches to spin them on.

I got stuck in the mud offroading a few months ago, and I have noticed ever since then that the wheel was veering to the right. That was why I asked them to do an alignment. Wish I hadnt though. I hate the dealership.
