What’s up fam!! So I have a problem, I got a 6” Procomp lift at a local shop, with factory front struts and spacer and Procomp shocks in back, 33” tires with 21” rims, the truck started shaking when reaching 50 miles an hour, if I keep it under or over 50 I would not feel the shaking. Over time it got worse, the driver front side tire started wearing out in the middle while the tread on the was not, so I went with Procomp coilovers everything seemed better but I slightly feel the shaking. What could this be?

I'm not being a smart ass, but have you checked tire balance?
Center wear on tires is cause by over inflation, what tire pressure are you running?

I'm curious as to when you "upgraded" your suspension, why did you keep the factory front struts?

No it had the factory struts when I got the basic 6” lift but when I upgraded to the coilovers they took those out and did a whole suspension lift, but I did balance the tires and did an alignment, and the shaking still feels very minimal.

Factory recommendation is 29 psi. I get it, that's for a p metric tire, but you still may need to drop a couple pounds. Also take it somewhere else and have it rebalanced

Balance. Rebalance the tires. There are plenty of idiot high school kids out there running the balancing machine.

Also, I read the opening post to state that you got a 6" lift with factory springs and spacers. I was shaking my head pretty hard until you clarified. Cheers!

So the steering should not shake under any circumstance? Even with good alignment and when the tires are balanced? Not to thread jack but I too have some vibrations in my steering wheel and I just got it lifted with 33s.

Shaking is indicative of something wrong.

Bottom line: If you have steering wheel shake then there is a lot more going on down at the rack and pinion and if not corrected the steering system over time will trash itself out and you will need to replace major steering components.

Anything wrong in the system in between the steering wheel and the ground will show up in the steering wheel in one way or another.

Ideally on good roads yeah but big offroad tires and shaking is par for the course. By their very nature they are not easy to balance. Some get lucky, some not so much.
