I hit a pothole while turning pretty hard, and my steering wheel stayed at the angle I hit the pothole at. Now the wheel is turned but the truck stays true on the highway, no amor side effects other than the wheel is now fixed 15 degrees off centre.

    Any Suggestions?!

Have the front end checked and get a wheel alignment.

    Welcome to the forum.
    Yes that can be fixxed!
I would go to the dealer service dept, so that you can go back if it screws up again.
    No problem at all....

    ^ This is bunk. ^

Find a quality independent shop that goes good alignment work. One that specializes in sports cars is a good start. They tend to know more about what they are doing that just making lights on the machine turn green.

Any shop that has a reputation for good front end work will work, even a Toyota dealership. I'm a front end tech with more than 25 years experience and work at a Toyota dealership.

I'm glad you have pride in your work. Too many, (in all kinds of fields) don't. And it's nice to hear that a dealership (any dealership) has some crackjack staff.

But what I stated as being 'bunk' was the line "I would go to the dealer service dept, so that you can go back if it screws up again."

Alignment isn't even a warranty item on a new vehicle, much less an 11 yo piece the OPs profile shows. So, how does one get to go back if it screws up again?

Do you 'warranty' your alignments in some way? I can come back tomorrow or 6 months from now and get a do over?

If you do, is it because the customer buys a 'lifetime' alignment at some stiffer price?

All I'm saying is that the way the line was written is not accurate.

    Write.... Miswritten.
My point is, to avoid a shade tree mechanic, and the Toyota dealer service dept have
Proper diagrams and will know where the steering wheel is out of whack.
If the problem were to return in 3 or 4 days the OP has a receipt to show.
I have experience in another car company's diagnostic issue with
"Help, my car won't start and I have to go pick up my kids from school!"
The resolve is to pull the steering wheel one way or the other to unlock the resistance from the
Ignition switch. In those vehicles it takes a LOT of force to get the switch unlocked and consistently,
The reply is, "OK, that worked! But now the steering wheel is not straight while the wheels are straight."
"Yes, I understand the issue, safe to drive, but attend to taking the vehicle to dealer service to repair the issue."

Now these cars are under warranty. And the repair will be covered under such warranty.
To advise the client or the OP to perform his own repair would be a liability issue.
    I'm just trained that way.
This is a new member, this is his first post, my concern is to put his mind at ease,
This is an issue that can be quickly resolved, and if there are immediate effects afterward, you can take it back.
Yes I have several garages I trust to repair my vehicle, but when I first moved here....
I had transmission issues that 3 different shops mis diagnosed...
I could tell from their responses they had no clue how a 1990 Toyota Corolla was tuned, and this was in year 2000. I took it to another shop and requested they change out the transmission fluid...
Problem solved. No more transmission issues.
And I had 3 auto shops I would never ever take my car to for service.
