Actually... You can tell if it is the needle bearing by shifting into 4Hi. If the vibe goes away it is the needle bearing. If the vibe continues while in 4Hi then it is something else.

I believe its the tires that are causing the vibration. Did you try putting your stock wheels back on to see if you still have the vibrations?

Take it to the dealership. They’ll swap a set out and drive it

alright so i got the vibration going this morning because of the cold and every time i put in into 4h it went right away and everytime i took it out the vibration came back about 100 feet later. (repeated about 4 times ) gonna take a guess that the cold tires provoke the vibration even more in the morning.

Strongly suggests needle bearing is the culprit. I'd look into replacing it with ECGS bushing.

Or go get the replacement TSB bearing under 60k warranty, if your not there yet. I have 18 months and 45k on mine. Not a peep since.

Yea I’m at 22k with an extended warranty But my local dealship isn’t very helpful. So I’ll try but if I ended up to the ecgs in the long run I might as well not deal with Toyota?

Ya, mine didn't even give a damn that i lifted it. Its such a well known problem, they started putting them in the new diffs. Some of the dealerships replace the whole diff, as its already in the new ones.

Currently dealing with this issue as well with Falken Wildpeaks. Shimmy in steering wheel 40mph & above. Roadforce balanced twice & all 20 pounds or under. Really frustrated. Stock suspension. Going to test the needle bearing tomorrow. OP did you ever figure your truck out?

Yes. Tired everything. Even warranted tires but still getting the random vibration. Sometime in the steering wheel some times in the gas pedal. Then started this thread. Tried the 4 wheel drive method and went away every time so I looked into the needle bearing and Toyota confirmed it was the problem. Still haven’t not replaced it so can’t say 100% sure but I’m 99% sure.
