try rotating them maybe? I just rotated my BFG KM2s and for the first 5k there was a wheel shimmy and vibrations and everything, now everything is much smoother. Offroad tires just have to be worn in a bit I suppose

this was all AFTER I already did the needle bearing to ecgs clamshell bushing swap a while ago FWIW.

Loosen your lug nuts and re-torque them to spec in star pattern. That helps some. When shops hammer them down with impact, it can cause some issues. See if that helps steering wheel shimmy. If not, make look at some hub centric rings.

No worries about that as I am a Mercedes Tech & did the work. Wheel lugs torqued properly. In its current state it is terrible to drive above 65 mph. Steering wheel vibrates bad & pulls right. It all started when I installed the Falkens. Wheels are SCS Ray10's so those should be good. When truck sits for say 4-8 hours the steering wheel vibrates the worst as the tires feel flat spotted until driven on for 5 miles. Then it's not as bad.

Edit- tested needle bearing & it still has steering wheel vibration in 4 wheel drive. I have contacted the place I bought the tires & they have offered to replace them. Idk if I want Falkens again. Everyone seems have good luck with them. Maybe the stock sized ones are junk like what I have. I'll see if the are willing to change to the 265/75/16's.

Last year I went to Discount tire and got 265/70/16 (stock size) KO2s for my 2017 OffRoad. At first I mounted them on the stock wheels (7") and they had a noticeable shimmy. I took it to the dealer to see if the alignment needed fixing. They said alignment was fine. Then I took back to Discount Tire to see if they were out of balance. They said that my rim was too light, and needed to go at least 7.5". I had been contemplating upgrading rims, so I went with the ones I shown in my signature which are 7.5". That still DID NOT fix the problem. I took back to Discount AGAIN, and this time the store manager took a stab at balancing and some of the tires simply would not balance on the wheels (required too much weight). He tried another set, and got them to balance perfectly.

Long story short, some of the initial set were faulty, and rather than fix it or investigate, DT tried to give me some BS answer, and even caused me to go spend $1,000 on a set of rims (fortunately I love these rims). But with a heavier tire, I think you run a greater risk of defects, which is what I think happened to me. Fast forward to now, a few weeks ago I upgraded to 33" KO2s, and had no shimmy or vibration.

    Hope this helps!

Question, are you running 16x8 -12 offset Ray10s with 255/85/16 Cooper ST Maxx?

I’m running this setup and I’m getting the same issue.

Have you managed to fix yours?

I couldnt get rid of the shimmy with the Wildpeaks, even taking it to another dealer that had a true road force balancer. DT did not. DT did swap them out for a set of GY Ultra Terrains. No shimmy and just balanced on their machine. I put over 55k on those with no shimmy. Lag bolt took one out and they replaced it under their road hazard. I bought 3 more and am on my second set of these. No shimmy on these either and i stepped up to from C rating to an E, cause thats what they had. Jumped the weight up to like 51lbs. Still no shimmy and no effect on my mpg's. Been pretty good tire.

It turned out to be the needle bearing in the CV axle.
