Are you able to remove the rear drive shaft and drive on the front axel as a test?

I would try. They are easy to install, cheap and I'm surprised your kit didn't include one. I did the bilstein 5100 all was smooth. Then I had a slight vibration and they said it was the angles. dI added it at the same time I rebalanced the rear tires now keep in mind my vibration came on at 56 and 63 and was felt in the seat. I knew it was tires but I can say it doesn't vibrate now. I never had a vibration in the steering wheel but maybe a front diff drop will help. Did you roate the tires and see if that helped. I also did the needle bearing with the lift.

Try removing the rear diff drop and if it's still there I would say try a front diff drop.

I instantly had low speed rumble strip vibes that went away in four wheel drive after lifting. I used the Bilstein 5100's on the 1.75 lift notch. Not wanting to chase this stuff until the end of time, I lowered back to stock height the next day but kept the 5100's installed. Problem has been gone since. That won't be what you want to hear but some people are lucky with lifts and others chase gremlins forever it seems. Just a thought that just occurred to me. Have you checked the tightness of rear drive shaft u-joints bolts/ nuts to the rear end? I had work some done years ago on an Isuzu Trooper and the mechanic left those loose by accident and it vibrated.

Like I have previously stated 3 times I believe now I have already done the ecgs bushing. Thank you for your advice though.
