So a little update for this thread.. I ditched the 1/4" spacers, hacked my studs shorter and bolted on some 3/4" bora hub centric spacers. And viola, smooth as butter down the highway!!!!!! Wobble is completely non existent. My center caps now fit super tight on the hub bore(so much I had to tap them on with a hammer), and the wheel feels like it mates and torques down much more solid than it did before. WOOHOO! Cant believe (although I kinda suspected it) this solved that issue. I really didnt want to believe that was my issue but lesson learned.. Ha.

Also regarding my rack and binding...Had a second opinion given to me by brother as he looked at my steering. He immediately noticed the flex in the rack when turning(which I noticed as well) and believes that my binding is taking place on the right side of the rack internals. Because it flexes so much and more so when turning to full lock to the right, that it's causing too much of an angle (possibly because its not quite centered perfectly, idk if that's contributing or not) and its causing the rack to bind.. Already got my poly bushings in the mail. So gonna tackle that when I get time and attempt to recenter the rack myself while I'm at it... Hopefully that's it.
