Is it just me or is it a bitch getting in and out of the truck with a three inch lift ? I have a three inch lift, step tubes and I'm 6"2. It's the most awkward experience getting in the damn truck. You can't step on them, its more like slinging yourself in to clear 'em !! Getting out, the tubes stick out so far the back of my legs rub. Feels like I'm trying to climb in and out of a space capsule. When it was stock, didn't even give it any thought. I can't be the only one who notices this. $hit, maybe I'm just getting old :) I like the look and I know it deflects road debris but does anyone know if they make brackets for the undercarriage which either lower or pull them in a bit ? If not I'm gonna remove them and sell them. Any ideas ??

Take them off and sell them. See if u can try some sliders or u might not even need steps. I'm 3" lifted as well and have very little issue getting in and out b

I feel the same way getting out of thekidcatcher's truck. His sliders always rub the back of my calfs when I get out. Not so much getting in though.

Yeah, I guess with just a few bolts I can remove one side and see. I just really like the look. Just wasn't sure if they made some aftermarket brackets to put them down and in just a couple inches would be perfect
