If I'm spending 60K on a vehicle it better have a different engine/tranny than the base model. #SR5 for the win

I like the $799.00 3 M clear coat protection with "self healing technology."

Albuquerque dealership doesn’t have a dealer addendum, and doesn’t include a BS markup. However, they do add almost every factory selectable dealer installed option available. That usually means a 50K Pro price point... but, they will give you $500 cash back..!

I stopped paying attention to what BMW is doing after the demise of E30 and E34. Now it's all about ugly, unreliable and disposable at BMW.

I'm with you guys that this price is ridiculous, but what's illegal about it? Prices are set by the market, and if this price is too high no one will buy it. If someone buys it...then I guess the price was appropriate. It's all laid out for you there on the sticker, it's not like dishonesty is involved. Maybe this particular color and/or model in this particular area is insanely popular and also rare.

I know, it’s like selling on Craigslist nowadays, if you list high because you get low ball offers all day. Then eventually someone buys it at a price you can both agree on.

Dealer's wouldn't be asking market adjustment prices if people weren't paying it.

With a color like Voodoo blue they should just cancel the rebate and give the buyer a coupon for two bean burritos with no onions, two liters of cola and some cina twists from Taco Bell. That color is just a huge nope for me. It looks like something a Justin would pic off a wall at Maaco to have sprayed on his B2200 Mazda mini truck with the Severed Tubes Logo on the back window.

I still remember some dumass talking about how he bought gap insurance and how it was a good thing. I had to remind him that it just means you over paid and or didn't put enough down.

Nope...2K in dealer added options. 10K in "market adjusted value".....which is HUGE BS...as is the 25K MAV.

Not to go down the GAP insurance argument rabbit hole, but it should say something when I was told they are no longer allowed to sell it to military (TFS) when financing my 19...

A lot of people still buy it. I asked when I bought my 18 and apparently there are some people out there that want to put basically nothing down on a new car.

I have it on my truck, but it’s a lease and I never put money down on a lease.
