Hospital food sucks...happy to be home.

I've spent over 3 months in the hospital in the past 10 years and this is the first time I've had a roommate. In the 3 days that I was in the guy never turned the TV off.

if you're ever in a 2 bed room, don't be that guy.......

 

I'd probably be that guy. I sleep poorly in hotels. Esp when the upstairs neighbors are pacing all night. I'll usually turn it on to something less annoying.

 

Infomercials from 2am to 6am

 

They need better cable.

Also noise-cancelling headphones.

 

I tried my noise canceling headphones...even with ear plugs under them I couldn't sleep.

 

HBO or ESPN.

 

What they need is to stop stick building hotels and installing wood floors.

Maybe insulation for the walls and floors.

 

Hospitals are concrete and tile.

 

Which have their own special form of hell.

 

Snuck out for a quick overnight camping trip a couple weeks ago before I went to the hospital. After having to drive on dirt roads for 20+ miles with some rocky and tight sections of trail, I was surprised to find as many other camps set up but we got a great spot tucked away at one end of the lake with no immediate neighbors. The camping is disbursed with no amenities except for 6 sites that have bear boxes. No water or toilets at the campground. There was a lot of snow melt still around the lake (7,600ft elevation) so the mosquitos were pretty thick.

We did some exploring the 2nd day. I was busy swatting mosquitoes and couldn't be bothered to focus.


I always get excited coming out of the forest and into meadows.


We were about a week early for the bloom in this meadow.

 

Just got notice that the trailer is in a container on a boat coming from Australia.

 

Very exciting!!!!!!
