Ordered a new ECU and the tune tonight.

Earlier this week I ordered a high flow fuel pump, a smaller quick change pulley for the supercharger, and equal length long tube headers. Going to hold off on the intake and exhaust for 6-12 months.

If winter weather doesn't come back soon I'm hoping to install the supercharger and supporting mods in early March, otherwise it may get pushed out until April. I want to see if I can get in for a baseline dyno later this month and I'm also waiting on the Blackstone oil analysis results.
    Getting close to BOOST! :burnrubber:

I've been chasing hemoglobin instead of wrenching lately. My last infusion is tomorrow AM.

This was all preceded by me hitting a tree on my skis in early March. Fortunately just soft tissue damage but in hindsight I had no business skiing where I was, solo, while feeling the way I did. I had a can of beer in my pocket that saved me from a direct shot to the stoma from one of the branches.

It hasn't been all miserable though. We did get down to Death Valley a couple weeks ago and being at sea level definitely helped with some of my symptoms. It was even warm enough that I put up an awning wall one evening when cooking dinner.

The next morning the wind kicked up and we had to move to the canyons to get out of the dust. C41FC560-696C-4773-AF8C-36961FC619C1.jpg

It seems like a good time to pour some boost into the 4.0 and see what happens. Finally starting to feel better so maybe I'll be able to make some progress on the install now.

Trying to ignore the headache from the AM infusion while I make a 25ft anderson extension cord for the solar panel so I can chase the sun around camp or charge off the truck without having to back up tight to the trailer. Earlier this month we spent 9 days dry camping and had to plug in on day 5 to charge. With the awning and awning walls setup it was a PITA...this extension should fix that.

    66CFE9B7-17F4-4254-8A34-690B5A3B49AB.jpg

The plan is to be able to spend 7 days in one spot with the trailer on a 6 to 8 week trip next summer. I'm planning to add a 100w solar panel in parallel to the 200w panel we currently run but I'm not certain the panels will work together. I'll be testing that this weekend if the connectors arrive.

I have 4 more infusions in the next 10 days then I'm hoping to get into the supercharger install. I'm running the tank down now so the fuel pump install will be easier.

Parts acquired for the forced induction mod for the trailer.

We usually do French press but the easier cleanup and the fact that the coffee bar in the trailer was built around this nespresso so it'll be secure when we are bouncing around offroad was enough for me to at least give it a try. Coffee at the push of a button, in reach of the sleeping bag will be nice.

The nespresso fits like a glove. Wife approves so one step closer to being set for extended trips.

Also did some campy type stuff again this weekend. We camped 14 days in July which has been nice.
