Surgery went well....all 7 hours of it. Hope to break out of the hospital in a week. They found a few spots that went on the MRI but the Dr is confident that they got it all.

Discharged from the hospital this afternoon. It was great to sit at a table with my family for dinner tonight. Back to the doctor Tuesday to get cleared to travel home.

We are staying just a few blocks from Coronado Brewery but alcohol isn't the least bit appealing to me right now.

So looking forward to getting home.

Pro tip. Just throw a wet towel or wet blanket over the bugs and let it soak for 15 min or so. They'll come right off after that.

Skinny strong! Down to 129lbs now (I was 137 in the pic below). Been taking down milkshakes for breakfast and eating as much as I can but appetite is still fucked. I'm feeling better just two weeks out than I did a month out after the last treatment so I'm hoping I'll get to a point where I can start putting weight back on...right now my knees are the biggest part of my legs and it's depressing considering that I was 175lbs before I got sick.

    As a matter of fact....

Pretty sure I sharted in it.

I could have probably gotten a clean one for ya. The nurses liked me because I wasn't a pain in the ass. They loaded me up with all sorts of hospital goodies for the drive home.
