Not my typical Tuesda night/Wednesday morning activity but baby, toddler, and wife are all sound asleep and it's snowing (which means it's quiet out)....perfect time to zone out and watch the fire. Gas means it's easy for a spontaneous fire that I can get roaring in 60 seconds and shut off just as easy. Probably my favorite 'fuck it why not' when we landscaped our yard.

 

That's a lot of snow

 

Scan Wednesday means scanxiety Even though I'm feeling better than I have in years I always get wound up going in for the MRI.


In other more exciting truck related news, the money I had saved for F5's has been spent on a high-clearance rear bumper instead thanks to a deal I couldn't pass up. The stock wheel is going to look SICK on the swingout

Looks like I'm going to be adding that 3rd leaf back on the Dakars in a couple months when I install the rear bumper and cranking the front coilovers to bring the front end back up the where it was before the winch install.

 

Infusions tomorrow and again on Friday of next week...bleh.

Hopefully hear from the doctor regarding some shit that showed up on my MRI. He was checking to see if it was in a spot that they could get to for a biopsy (all I know is that it was near my pancreas...they are checking to see if it was new or if it was present on previous scans).

In less shitty news, I picked up another patch this week.

 

Had another review on the last MRI and there was no change from the previous scan back in October

Whatever is showing up near my pancreas has been there and they don't want to go digging around for a biopsy if it isn't growing.

Another infusion at noon on Friday and I'm thinking I should sneak out on the boat or kayak for a couple hours before side effects kick in. We were originally planning on taking the trailer out for some camping but with the infusion and some crap weather in the forecast we'll have to wait a week or two.
