So I just got a 01 Tacoma from my brother. I've drove it for two days and I've noticed the floor mat is full of water after a 10 minute drive home from work with the AC on. Yesterday I cleaned the drain out. Found nothing. The condensation is coming out of the tube and a decent rate. I'm still getting water in the floor board. I can see it is wet around the foam seal under the dash. I know the foam isn't a water tight seal but am I missing something? Also I noticed antifreeze mixed in the water. I can smell the antifreeze while driving to work with the heat on in the morning but the floor mat remains dry. I know I have to replace the heater core but I'm going to bypass it for the summer. what can I do about the drain issue?

    Hmmmm

-need to locate the AC drain hose 1st
Typically on every USDM vehicle on passenger side closer to firewall than radiator

-if you smell coolant, that’s the heater core 100%. I’m not positive, but pretty sure that coolant flows through the h core regardless if heat on.

it’s possible that AC drain hose knocked off/missing. Then clean evaporator water would drip down into P side of cab.
    Find that hose
Then loop the heater core hoses(as you where stating) until after summer
