2006 Tacoma 137,000 miles went mudding ran it hard got a bad vibration.
What I have tried after reading posts.
    U-joints
    Carrier bearing
Still had vibration pulled rear drive shaft figured no vibration must have messed
Up the carrier bearing had a one piece drive shaft built before it was finished had the vibe again read about bad tranny mount replaced that put the drive shaft in and still have the dam vibration have only had the truck for a few weeks and I broke it :( it still vibrates if I use 4H if I run it in 4th instead of drive it does not vibrate it has a lift on it 6 inch I think vibration around the 35 mph mark the vibration is also not as bad as it was but still bad to the point of concern any and all suggestions will be appreciated:D motor mounts or could it be a unbalanced tire Maybe a drain and fill of the transmission I really don't want to bring it to a shop I like working on my on stuff and this is a great forum

Sweet Grammar baby jesus! Please use complete sentences and punctuation marks so we can get an idea of what's wrong and what you have attempted to repair.

    I have replaced:
    U-joints
Installed a single piece drive shaft
    Replaced transmission mount

My taco has a vibration between 25 and 35 mph.
It still vibrates in 4h if I drive it 4th in stead of drive I do not get the vibration.
What would be the next thing to try?

So with your transmission in 4th instead of drive, you do not get the vibration between 25 and 35 MPH? If that is accurate, I would look at the following initial inspections:

    1. water/contaminants in transmission fluid
    2. proper fluid level
    3. loose linkage allowing "play" at transmission
    4. electrical connection at transmission (loose/bad connection)
I suggest this because if the vibration is at that speed, and does NOT show up when in 4th gear, then it has nothing to do with mounts or driveshafts because those are normally rotating at the same speed because your transmission should be in the same gear at 25-25 MPH (dependent of course on acceleration and driving style)

This vibration you are feeling, does it change based on how hard/easy you are accelerating, or is it the same? Does it go away when you are holding a steady throttle at 25-35 MPH? Does it vibrate accelerating AND decelerating in that vehicle speed range?
