Ok so I posted on here earlier about my clutch pedal being soft after I just had it replaced and after further knowledge seems that this is normal. But the issue I have now is when I went to drive my truck this evening it was still hard to shift gears(all gears). Now when I picked my truck up from the shop it was rather warm outside and I noticed that the engine was already warmed up when I cranked it up to drive it home and I had no issues with it. Today it's much colder and it takes a lil time for the engine to warn up. My question is what could be causing the toughness to shift when the engine is cold? It is really smooth after I drive it for a while. Any ideas? Thanks again!

My transmissions is harder to get into 1st, 2nd and 3rd when it's cold. I'm going to switch to Redline GL4 which should help a bit. Mine is the same - once it warms up, then it goes into the gears smoothly.
