    I changed the egr valve and plugs and wires . Still runs rough when at idol !! Anyone have any ideas wht

    Did you check the air filter for blockage?
    Or maybe a vacuum leak.

    Is there a CEL? Need more info?
    Could even be something like water in the fuel.

    Satoshi with FJ badge, factory cruise, factory intermittent wipers, Redline Tuning hood-lift struts, Hellwig Swaybar, Rosen DVD-Nav
    Valve adjustment maybe, but at 110k it should be okay.

    That's super low mileage for a truck that's 25 years old. Might be varnish or corrosion in the fuel system. Might need a complete disassembly and cleaning of the throttle body and injectors.

    LARGER WHEELS. DIFFERENT STEREO. PUSH BAR. TAILGATE EXTENDER. WIPER MOD. TPMS LIGHT DELETE MOD.
    +1 on the air leak. get a can of wd-40 and spray around the vacuum lines. If the idle rises or falls, change that line. Did you inspect the rotor and cap when you changed the wires?
