Just installed my lift kit today - bilsteins 5100 all four corners, ome 2886 coils in front, and full dakar HD leaves in the back. My front is about 3 inches, but my rear however still sags. My backend is really heavy with topper, sliding drawers, 3 deep cycle batteries, fridge, kitchen, tools, and a bunch of junk. Im guessing my constant load is probably upwards of 600 lbs considering that im not getting the 3 inch lift in the rear with the setup. It’s gonna get worst cause I will be adding steel bumper with swingout and tire carrier and RTT in a month or two. At the same time I will be installing steel front bumper with winch as well. What would be a good solution to rectify this? The guy that installed the kit suggested a 2inch block? I was thinking more like AAL would be better, but not sure if it is enough to level the truck. What do you guys think?

Get a better leaf pack or add another leaf to what you have now.

I was looking at wheelers AAL or the ome AAL. My only concern with the wheelers AAL is if it fits on my new dakar leaf packs. Any experience with those?

Thats what i was looking also. The reason im looking at the wheelers was because it says that its gonna give me a 2inch lift which im thinking is going to level the truck. The ome does not say anything. I want an AAL that can carry heavier loads considering that i will be adding steel bumper with swingout tire carrier and rtt in a month or two.

Find a local leaf spring shop near you to build a custom set. Springs can be re-arched, extra leafs can be added, wider springs can be used etc. Someone that can actually look at your truck and its weight would be more beneficial to you.

You could either do air bags, or call deaver for a custom made leaf pack

You might also consider weighing your truck before adding more components.

You need to use the OME AAL designed to be installed in the OME leafpack you already have. Your choices are adding one or two to each side, buying a new leafpack designed for your overweight truck or removing unnecessary weight from the truck.

If you add the AAL to your pack you will get some lift.
I put in the 3 leaf AAL but replaced my overload springs and I think I'm netting about a 1/4" less lift.
So now I have a 8 leaf pack.
If you use AAL on top of the overloads you will probable get 1 1/2" more lift.

So far I like it, seams smoother with out the overloads. I can carry 300 400 pounds no problem...

But with all the weight you have I would get the dakar AAL for more weight. I think it gives you about 1" lift.
I got both and right now I seam to have enough with just the 3 leaf. But if I add more weight I'll add the dakar AAL.

OME AAL and possible flipped bottoms too, quite common setup on really heavy Tacoma's with the Dakars.

A solid cheap fix would be sumo springs. A more expensive better long run fix it a heavy custom pack for yours needs.

Deaver expo packs. I like the all pro expos made for 500+ lbs constant load and half the price of the dealers. But up to you personally.

I had AllPro Expos, and they went flat after a year.

Now I have Dakar HD with the AAL. I have a hc rear bumper, swingout with 35, bedslide, bed rack, rtt - as daily, not even loaded for a trip.

These are my guesses on weights:
    35 - 100
    Bed rack - 120
    Rear bumper - 250
    Bedslide - 120

I know the rtt is 140.

Your first stop should be a scale. Weigh the front and rear axle separately, then the whole truck. You are going to end up way over the truck's GVWR. With that much weight I'd be looking at more than just springs. I'd be reinforcing the hangers and frame too, especially if you actually plan to use this truck. A Ram 3500 with a Cummins is also an option.

Man, do that many people really care about gvwr?

    Gvwr is 1000lbs.

That's really easy to do lol
