Welp. So basically, if I'm reading this correctly, The DTCC is basically in bed with the major banks/hedge funds in a naked short selling scam that's been going on since the late 80's. They've consistently legislated rules to prohibit companies from not using them, thereby keeping essentially every stock in the US under their control. Long story short, there's a good chance you've never actually owned a single share of any stock you've ever purchased.

So basically after 30+ years, the chickens are finally coming home to roost.

 

I uploaded the form through their upload documents option, and then sent a separate message in the message center. Then I emailed Jeff, copied the body of the message, and attached the form.
