have you seen kids now days? I've never seen a more spastic generation of kids in my life. i blame tik-tok and instagram. kids break-out in to dance at the most random times now days.

Last I heard the only serious one was a proposed tax on transfer of assets on death. Which would happen if it goes into estate, so it's a good idea to have a will if you own a house or land, period.

Though it is a wildly different thing, worth noting. "Back in my day" I didn't have documentation of all my shenanigans. I didn't broadcast the shenanigans like they are now, so there is a level of difference. But I was part of the cool generation where - oh, that guy I was talking bikes with? Yeah he's russian, and the other dude's australian, and one dude from Florida, etc. I have my Ham radio license and that allure of "You can talk to Australia with a ton of effort and equipment!!!!" is just completely gone. Not to mention morse code.

 

There are on avg 7 kids (age 6-12) in my house every day.... its like a damn daycare here after school.

 

i guess i didn't check the greeks...but i bought this when VXX was at $34.15 at $0.50...it dropped and the price basically had been going down..
its shows a gain which is prob on account of a delay...i think it finally bounced to above 0.50 when it touched $33.95.
Decay wouldn't necessarily be a factor in like 15 min since purchase...
