You ever get their nachos? I do chicken or steak, black beans, regular queso, pico, corn salsa, cheese, and sour cream on the side. SHIT IS DELICIOUS.

    True.

My nephews house came dangerously close to the wildfires last year, in Southern Oregon.

I used to get their burritos
But when they stopped doing the steam I stopped getting them cause they always fall apart when I pack them the way I like
So I just do the burrito bowl or nachos

    white rice
    Black beans
    Chicken and steak
    Add bacon
    2 scoops of queso
Add habanero sauce and shredded cheese
Top with lettuce pico and light sour cream

    chips and queso to go

Their breakfast burritos are not half bad either. When they first came out, I knew the owner of the one near me and she gave me a fat stack of $1 breakfast burrito coupons to give to my friends. I did not. I ate $1 breakfast burritos for a year.

Yah we had some fun last summer. Most of those are within a couple to few miles of my house.

Feb 2018. 2 miles from my home. We got evac'd. I stayed with my lawn sprinklers on and a garden hose on the roof.

Oddly enough, the years where we get more than average precip tend to be the worse fire years. Summer is always going to be hot and dry, but if we get decent spring rainfall, everything blooms and the grass grows quick. Then it dries out and turns into tinder. Couple summer thunderstorms and the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

I don't care what people say about the market, there is nothing quite as exciting (and not in a good way) as standing in the pitch dark soaking down your house with a hose watching flames encroach.

We evac'd GF's grandparents one night last summer. Fire got to about 30 yards from their house, but they were able to get a cal fire truck up there with some dudes and keep it at bay. I've gotta hand it to CA and NV, we're pretty good about swapping resources.

Oh, and the staging airport for the fire bombers is KRTS (reno/stead airport. 2 miles from my house. I get to watch those boys take off and fly over my house all summer.

Unlikely but did anyone catch the USA vs Mexico soccer game? amazing game and amazing result. It was cool to see Weston Mckennie( one of the leaders on the team) do so well. He played in the same Fc Dallas academy that me and a bunch of friends back home went through. The future for American soccer is bright.

Since you seem to know about such things. Isn't the Seattle women's soccer team apparently really good as of late?

Two weeks ago a buddy of mine took his 24' formula down to Powell and couldn't even get it in the water. Super, super low.

Fun fact: One of the Kikkoman soy sauce factories is near Powell. I sold them some equipment years ago, and you can smell that place a mile before you hit the gate.

Edit: Nevermind, I'm dumb as shit. I was thinking of Folsom. Folsom is fucked just as bad, and that's also where the soy sauce factory is.

Yet the alpine lakes are all full. Saturdays hike up to Treasure Lakes.
