Well, GME and AMC delisted from RH. Guess that sorts me out. Damn.

 

yeah, search is down too. I can only buy the non-meme stocks I already own. But GME and otehrs do show up in teh 100 popular lists.

I went to GME (since I don't own any) and it says the stock is not supported on RH.

Seeing a couple of things that Citadel, who tried to bail out Melvin Capital a couple days ago, is a funding source for Robinhood. Speculation is that Citadel pays robinhood to get a sneak peak at buy orders... so they can jump the line (a topic of a great Michael Lewis book). This is why it's rigged and why people scream to HOLD.

 

Bracket is based on total income from wages plus short term gains. So if you're near a threshhold, the gains can push you over -- but also remember the bracket applies only to the income above the threshhold.

 

I haven't queued mine up to sell just yet because it won't let me straight up sell. Debating what I should do.

This is a scare tactic.
