Blocking a bunch of folks from buying is likely a setup for blowing folks out of their positions without the ability to re-buy.

Melvin was heavily shorted in GME, which made them the boogie man to WSB. Melvin claimed they closed out all their positions a day or so ago, but most indications suggest that wasn't likely. but I'm not sure they can say that and it not being true... that seems illegal, but I'm dumb about all this.

The only thing that's likely legal is that RH does have the right to refuse service. They are a private company, after all. But we can always go elsewhere to buy if necessary.
