GME rising when the overall market is flat or rising doesn't even get a glance out of me. When the market starts tanking and GME tanks with it, I'll start paying attention, because there's about 3-5 days before the rest of the market really shits the bed and GME starts to spike once the margin calls have been failed.

I am a huge fan of marin county/mill valley cause people are more laid back and it’s so close to stinson, marin headlands, muir woods etc. San Fran aint my cup of tea either but would be cool to jet over there when you want.

My ex’s grandparents were korean immigrants who became some of the top surgeons in CA in the 1950’s, they bought in Belvedere back then and we went to visit a few years back. Realistically though this is what I’d actually want. It’s directly across the river from my families house so I could swim or take a dingy over to take care of them when they’re old. Plus look at the boat house. It’s what dreams are made of. Inside of the main house is a bit gaudy but that can be fixed easy

 

That's my retirement plan. 6 months here in Bishop and 6 months in Oz. Never seeing a day with less then 11 hours of daylight in it until I die would make me very happy. lol
