Yes actually a few. Then there’s my schwab IRA with 100% GTII. I was going to get my accounts together with summaries of holdings for *trying* to buy a house and talking to a lender, I’m not sure that would act in my favor anymore. “This guy is literally only holding GME and a small gaming company that no one has heard of. And a company trying to buy up rare art and sell digitized copies of it. Denied” Lol

I only have a small pile of GME in my Vanguard IRA.

 

I have Ford in my play account it went up 15-16% in just a couple days on the F150 Lightning EV reveal, now down to half that but I’m holding.
Not a big gambler in stocks since I’m approaching retirement so I go for the sure thing.

Nice! I dig the gold shower heads. I have to go head back to the Cape soon to do a bunch of remodeling on a new house our family just got. Built in late 1700’s and lived in by old people through 1900’s-2000’s so there’s a good bit of work to be done. Since we are all architects there’s always a project going on. Most of the house is Satin Nickel/Bronze trim, but this room is separated from main house by a breezeway and we live at the beach so wife decided we're going coastal decor with black/gold finishes for the guest quarters.

Yes. It pivots 180 degrees so you can use it downward towards the ground to trim the lower edge of shrubs or clear grass...and then flip it the other way to get a beautiful 90 degree corner on the upper edge...I have 150ft of "Burning Bush" hedgerow along the property line I have to trim about 3x a year...
March cut back before the buds sprout, another anytime now to reform the shape for summer...and a fall cutback for stragglers...
It's so damn heavy when extended you feel it in your lats/shoulders the next day.
