My GF calls them shark treats. We're a big fan of charcuterie for a summer dinner with some wine.

 

She's gotten really good at them over the last year. I've been more than happy to taste test along the way

This one had 4 different meats and a handful of different cheeses. The triangles are some sort of manchego then there was a goat cheese with orange and cranberry I think and the big slice is some sort of brie. The meats were mostly varieties of salami, the bright red one is a 'spicy' version and one of the crackers was seasoned with jalapenos.

 

There was also wine

Here's the trip report from Sand Canyon to Wheeler Ridge.

Sand Canyon is pretty mellow.

When you start up Wheeler Ridge you get one of these:




About 4 miles later you get this. Not many places you can drive up to 11150' in Cali.




That's about it. There's a lot of great scenery and some great obstacles but I'm never one to spoil an adventure. lol

Welp I got another account banned from reddit (not just a sub but reddit overall). I really need to stop telling stupid people why they're stupid.
