That's true, but there were others that weren't so lucky. They got their stocks pumped and dumped. AMC is hanging in there, but it's not going to stay up there once the next round of hedge funds need liquidity they can't pull out of crypto kicks in.

So how long does a stock need to remain above 3.00 for options. Or are there other factors. I think you guys can all assume what ticker I’m talking about.

AMC is going back to $20 and then probably bankrupt because who tf actually goes to the movies.

I have a giant TV with surround sound and a massive reclining couch with cupholders and phone chargers. I can pee when I want, get a snack when I want, and turn off the movie if it's terrible. I haven't been to a theater in years lol

The last movie I saw in theatres was midsummer. Horrible movie. Me and a group of friends were in there laughing our ass off at how weird and bad the movie was. The only other person in there was some Karen at 11:00 at night on her own who would yell at us to be quiet. I get her point but also feel bad that she spent money to see a garbage movie and she was just on her own. This was 2 summers ago I think?

This. And sometimes companies just won't have options trading period for their own business reasons.

We aren't seeing that here, as Reno is primarily distribution center based in terms of commercial real estate. We have some downtown high rises and office buildings, but the majority of our commercial is DC's for the various products you might buy if you live on the west coast. That part of the industry (at least here) is still booming. They're building them as fast as they can raze sagebrush and displaces wild horses and lizards.

If you take the highway out of town and head North towards where I live, 10 years ago it was desert on both sides for miles. Now the South side is all commercial warehousing, and the North side is "luxury" apartments and town homes. It's gross.

Even 5 years ago, if you left my house and needed to get downtown at morning rush hour, it would take you about 15 minutes. It's over an hour now.

hmm..interesting...i'm thinking of all the CBD (central business district) type spots...but who knows, maybe enough folks go back to work in offices that it makes it ok? I'm sure all the landlords refi'd at super low rates...

I’d rather just deposit money into it every week or so and just let you manage the account Til I’m rich
    Then all dividend stocks

Got me. In 2011 when I was a warehouse manager for a 48k sq ft operation (small potatoes) we were paying $.40 a square foot in rent. Seemed a lot to me back then. I haven't kept up on it, but I know it's gotten more expensive, and the buildings are definitely not empty
