There's a non zero chance that might actually happen if all the stars align and the event is allowed to play out in the "free" market.

kinda agree on residential side. There's so many idiots buying now at peak or broke and about to be kicked out, butttt there's a fair amount of people that recognize how the market's doing and waiting for a dip to buy and lot's of people that stayed in shape financially through the past couple years and are confident spending now because of that. Looking like commercial is gonna slowly become big corporate only

You guys do realize I also have some shares. If it moons me building your houses will consist of sitting in a lawn chair and pointing.

Maybe you’d go more often if you had better taste in movies…
    Hahaha.

Lots of people view “movies” as art and those people go to the movies into their 80’s.

just because you guys don’t like it doesn’t mean that there aren’t those out there that do.

I’d never pay $1500 for a dog, but I realize that there are plenty of people that do.

I’m just here to shitpost like drunk steering a car at this point

Everything in my portfolio looks like sideways trading for the past week so there isn’t much point in watching the show now that it’s safely out of RH

Like a hotdog or an animal dog? I might pay $1500 for a polish dog with saurkraut from Costco because they don't server them here anymore :|

If you can find me someone who enjoyed that movie I'll be amazed. I did love watching transformers in theatres as a kid though. Especially the first ones Megan fox was in :D
I'm still butthurt that I had to get glasses at such a young age I could never watch 3D movies without heaving to deal with the glasses over my seeing glasses.

My grandparents walked out of Star Wars (The OG, 1977 A New Hope) because they thought it was "contrived"

This is true. I paid $39k for a 2016 Tacoma because I didn't want to run my 2011 Ram through a car wash one day.

I’ll never find anyone who liked it. I cant even name anyone who saw it.

Last film I saw in the theater was The Revenant and it was in fact a work of art.

that’s the kind of film that won’t allow theaters to completely die.
Tenet would’ve been amazing on the big screen.

at one point when i had a huge wall in the apt i was living in (and 16 foot ceilings) that i used as a screen for my projector and had a sound system set up (albeit only 2 channel - more was in the works but never got to it).
    That was pretty cool...
but yea, it's cool to go the the theater every so often...particularly for some of the 'eye candy' type movies.
huge speakers + amps is hard to compete with on the big screen...but home theaters set ups have gotten more affordable generally these days.
