I have a home gym lol. I’m a personal trainer and train out of my house. It was a so so home gym before as I only used it for training clients and I did my own workouts at a gym. I actually belonged to 3 pre pandemic. Once they all closed I stopped all my memberships and beefed up my home gym instead. No plans on returning to a gym for me

 

Don’t get too bulky. you need those joints for the rest of your life. I gave up on Bulking at about 30 and switch to just cardio and resistance. I’m 45 now and everyone I know who stuck with bulking has bad knees..bad shoulder..bad elbows...
Don’t beat the shit out of your body for too long

 

After my cardio tonight the dog still needed a walk because it was finally cool enough to take her outside. I think someone was violating an open container law.

 

Doesn’t matter if you already have bad knees and shoulders at 18. I need two knee replacements before 30. Channeling my inner smooth brain.

I guess I'm not really counting on it for anything, just that things will get tougher at that point.

I will say, that (as previously shown) as the market goes down drastically GME tends to stay flat or even go up - flexing that -5 adjusted beta.

The markets need a reset as a whole, and it'll suck for a bit for a lot of people but overall for the health of our markets it's needed.

I mean, bank stocks are increasing their dividends, which is what they did right before 2008.

To mention Warren Buffet again, the dude pulled out of all of his bank positions in March IIRC, he knows somethings coming.

 

Well, they passed their stress tests with flying colors apparently. In theory they should be in good shape

 

I guess we'll find out eventually. It feels like in 2008 the can was kicked and Covid made it land.

 

So the 5 or so days a year when it's a little too hot in the house are here...
