I'm waiting for trend reversal confirmation before I make any RIOT plays. If BTC breaks and holds $43K it's reversing trend. Right now it's still in a downtrend.

 

Yeah and that's conservative ... which is good advice and would suck to see those today who have grown theirs, over the last 30years lose everything from some plandemic or ummm crash.

Anyone here have any kind of rental real estate properties or ever owned a multi unit building and rented out other units? I really do want to get into that later on down the road. Air BNB can really bring in some good money, but as far as I can tell any property that will not be a primary residence will require much higher Down payment. I have read some about an FHA loan and that it can be from 3.5% down to 5% down which would be achievable for me. The reason I like the idea is because even if your pulling in minimal amounts after expenses and setting aside emergency repair money, your building equity. It would be cool to use an FHA loan on a triplex, and use the other two units to cover the whole mortgage and pocket a small amount.

If anyone has some resources you'd recommend for learning feel free to link them.

Just got the stitches removed. Healing is going perfectly. I was advised to go see a PT this week. I was also advised not to return to work this week. Looks like I've got another week of being able to hang out during the day with you gents.

 

Good to hear your healing up good. My shoulder popped out again yesterday. I’ll be scheduling an MRI tomorrow with the orthopedic specialist.

 

When it's time, it's time. You probably already know this but find the best ortho you can. They are not all created equal unfortunately.

 

I’ll be seeing who’s in network on the Aetna site and go by reviews. I’ll definitely get more than one opinion before deciding who I let do the procedure.

Yea I’ve been putting it off since fall of 2017. Because normally it doesn’t bother my daily life, just slips out and instantly back in when I’m surfing once in a while. But last week was the second time it was stuck out and I couldn’t get it back in. It was about 30 min out. That was the worst feeling ever and I’m done now.

 

Yep. Take the pain until you can't. It's why I'm putting off work this week. Could I go to work and suck up the pain in my fingers? Sure. A younger, stupider me used to do it all the time. The older, wiser me decided it's worth losing a weeks pay to not have to go through a weeks worth of pain. I'm done proving I'm a tough guy to myself. lol

 

Didn’t even wait for me to settle into bed. What the hell.
