Liar haha.
I use TD Ameritrade not sure what most are using. Simple interface for a simple man no charges on most trades but on some there are. Also play around with their thinkorswim app on my PC but not proficient at it yet. Nice for charting, and other things beyond me at this point in time.

 

Same TD. Other than Robinhood throw a dart.

Tempted to purchase a AMD put. Thing is, my play account only has enough for a weekly, which could hit. But I hear people are pretty bullish on AMD right now even after the nice run it just made and being at an ATH. What I can’t find is why people believe it’ll keep running at the current rate for an extended period of time?

The catch 22 is Fidelity doesn't charge for OTC's
but there are OTC's you can't buy with Fidelity because they are under $1 or something...
SO I Have both...
I really like how TD Think or swim is set up. I can set crazy conditional sales on stocks and options...
I sort of just use fidelity as a basic for my IRA and 401K....
Fidelity is best for OTCs because there are no fees so you can buy like 5 shares of $GTii and not care..
TD charges $7 in and $7 out for OTC's so those 5 shares @$2 for $10 will have a $7 fee in and out so your total is $24 for 5 shares with fees...

 

Let's say it's done running up...and just sits flat for a week...$108-106...Your put bleeds out and dies on the vine worthless...
PUTS are a real tough game...I usually like to buy them for very short times and get out with profits....

I REAALY want to buy some $10 9/17 $NKLA puts for $100 because WTF? How is it still a stock?

Also, NXPI just missed on EPS huge but beat slightly on revenue. Their barely down AH. What if NVDA not only beats but crushes? You know, like they always do. lol

Premiums on nvda are insane lol. I could afford an 8/20 226.25 in the play account. One of these days I’ll just bite the bullet and buy a shit ton of shares. Their dividend is almost an insult. Not even .1%

THis is the dilemma...You can't really buy way out of the money because buy the time it's expiring the decay = the cost and you can't get up high enough to cover that...So if you're buying out of the money you have to exit with a profit at the peak of price vs remaining decay...
Soooo much decisions...

 

Decision= don’t play the game I can’t afford to
