Yea that aged well. I went to sleep and when I woke up the account was from up 8% to down 12. I cut the AMD call that was 0 chance. Took small profits on SPCE instead of swinging till tomorrow after earnings. Earnings still scare me.

 

Today was fun. It could have been a lot more fun but I'll take it.

Finished up .5%. That's after taking a $10.5K hit on ROKU. As usual NVDA carried and a late day rally in GTii also helped.

The whole market finished super strong the last 15 minutes. If UI and non-farm payrolls both miss we should be all set for more rockets. If they beat I'm probably gonna get out of most of my positions fast.

Earnings are scary lol. That and I still sold for profit. I’m trying to be safe as I can be as far as options go while still making money. But yes I see that the one I had would now be ITM…

 

Playing it safe is exactly what you want to be doing right now. Once you grow the account and get a little "gambling" money you can do stupid shit.

The RIOT calls I picked up today are strictly lottery tickets. I know the release earnings on 8/10. I also know that BTC is a fickle bastard. If BTC keeps going up and if RIOT beats earnings they might print. Like I said, it was a $600 dollar lottery ticket. lol
