    You would get a good faith warning if it was actually a strike.

    The system is still setup like the transactions take place on paper. We're still stuck in the mid 20th century.

    I'm presently at 800 shares @$6.69 and 7 DEC 2012 $5 calls looking to add maybe 4 more calls on this dip and then settling in for the HOPEFULLY ride...Ideal plan is stock goes back to $8-$8.50 by DEC, $5 calls are worth $350 each. Sell 4 of the calls and use the cash to exercise 3...

    IF you sold them today it won't show up until later today...you'll get a message that says "your trade has gone through" or something like that from TD in your email...

    good rule of thumb is not to bet more than 1-5% of your account on a single trade.
    could bump up to 10% if you're swing trading...
