    which brokerage didn't have OTC fees?
    etrade? or fidelity?

    edit: looks like fidelity? but only seeing that on 3rd party websites...nothing in fidelity says explicitly no fees on OTC...except for 0 fees on stock trades...so would assume that is the case.
