In other news, sold off all my ARKK today. I’ve been very underwhelmed with Cathy this year so far. Over it for now.

Oh, and ended another day a little in the green. The market is finally releasing her grip on my wallet

 

Bitch hasn't let me see my wallet in months. I just wanna know she's still got it. We can talk later about terms of giving it back...

 

She'll give it back but she's keeping what's inside. She has full custody of mine but we've agreed to a court hearing to see if I get back partial custody of my balls

 

Ex wife tried to take my balls. Told her the dick she "fell on" why we were married probably had a pair attached to them. Then I met dude's ex wife. He ain't EVER gonna have a pair.

Anywho, I'm ok with proof of life at this point showing she's at least got my wallet. Maybe she can tease me with it at christmas time to make me feel like I've achieved something this year...

 

Nope. Haven’t seen electric transit buses either, a friend of mine works at the Proterra plant in SC, but I think they are running some on Charlotte NC.
Both Lion Electric and Proterra stock took off when people went wheeee electric! But have since come tumbling down since they have been losing money, especially Proterra. Both are up today though.

 

Well pour yourself some whiskey and join me on the porch. It will calm ya right down. And good for your wallet. I still finished red today. Oh well tho. threw some more money in and going to do some more research on the move for next week. Or I will just ask the magic 8 ball. It has a better track record.

 

My main 401K is up 1.4% today, best day ever since 2020 covid bear market recovery.

 

Whiskey will be out in a few hours once I'm off work. I'd say my wallet would appreciate me giving up beer/whiskey. Made some green back today, but still in the red overall. Based on how a few ended today, I'm hopeful for next week.

 

That's pretty good. 401 has been pretty solid for me, save for last year when I had to rush move everything but still lost a good amount. Up 10% for the year, which is better than I was. Not a whole lot of volatility yet, so I'm happy

 

BBIG is ripping in AH

 

I just let everything ride last year, didn’t take but a few months to recover from the big 2020 drop, I was down around $130k at one point. I think I had it all on T Rowe price blue chip stocks then, now it’s far more diversified with a 60/40 stocks to bonds, securities, a dab of real estate split. I’m better prepped for a 10% stock market drop even when I retire this way.

 

Luckily my wife loves whiskey so she keeps the cabinet stocked. Yeah same overall red. Only thing I have thats green is Etherium at the moment but I am sure that will get dumped this weekend for next weeks short activities.

 

one thing i wish i would've done is sold off more positions...and bought more better stuff on sale...
AVGO would've been amazing to dump money into...
or any of the SPY/SPXL/VTI index funds

hard to sell when you're 50% down...but that does eat into cap gains...
