Forgot to tell you guys I popped my call cherry with a single cheap Astra play.

I wanted to study the price relationship and how fidelity displays these options, which is pretty much the same as how they display covered calls.

Hearing good things at work, we are on schedule for 3rd quarter and into 4th quarter.

i'm sure China govt would literally buy this up/bail out...i'm sure they would be the last ones to start a global financial collapse...or at least they would stave it off long enough not to be blamed

I work in energy. We havn't really seen much of a downtrend here. Our last layoff (which wasn't really a layoff) was a voluntary resignation about 4 years ago. The company basically paid employess to leave. Within a month we had filled all those positions.

So basically we paid several hundred people large severance packages to leave.....who would have never gotten laid off in the 1st place.

It's been a good gig. 23 yrs in august.
My biggest complaint is my folks are getting up in age and i'm 400 miles away.

 

At least you have family you want to be around. That’s a blessing in itself.
