The big question I'm asking myself right now. IF BTC hit's $60K tomorrow will my ANY calls print? I think they will. I don't own any BTC but I'm rooting for it hard. lol

    Do it. It's only money.

A few days ago I was going to grab a few TQQQ calls. Then I remembered I was broke. lol

I spent the beans I wanted to spend yesterday on a lotto ticket for $YANG (Evergrande reportedly to default 10/18 on top of all the other chaos right now in China) and some $UVXY calls for what I hope is the US's chaos to commence before December.

And you're not broke soon! IIRC you scooped some $NVDA calls that printed and I hope keep printing for you!

YANG's a gamble. You never know what the CCP will do. They could just bail them out and take them over. Problem solved.

Broke wasn't really the correct word. Lacking funds was the issue. I went from being 50% cash to no cash in a week. NVDA always treats me well but this round is for NOV expiry. They report earnings 2 days before expiry so I will be holding unless @kairo is right about a crash. Which he's not. lol

It's true though. You can do all the stock screening, charting, reading and research you want. But any single trades boils downs to pros and cons.

    Pro: You make money.
    Con: You lose money.

So, it really is only money. lol

Hey now, the longer we go with him being wrong, the more the odds say he’ll eventually be correct.

Absolutely true. That’s why I say it all the time. Lol
I’d hate to miss an opportunity by sitting there thinking about it too long. :pccoffee:

I hope he's right about a crash for my UVXY plays. And yeah $YANG is a complete gamble. I know from the manufacturing side the blackouts are forcing factories to only open 3 days a week.

    Also these things

    https://www.ft.com/video/0c6579b0-6093-4ef4-ab0a-f63bb29d0525

    https://www.cnn.com/2021/10/14/business/evergrande-china-property-ghost-towns-intl-hnk/index.html

and other real estate developers like Fantasia are defaulting on their payments, on top of the stop of bond purchasing by foreign investors due to the chaos.

    AND

    the China Taiwan thing.

IDK, knowing that real estate has been China's growth engine for years which is now grinding to a halt makes me feel good about gambling on $YANG calls, even though the last ones didn't work out lol.

This is why yolo plays are profitable 100% of the time, just like 90% of all statistics are made up on the spot.. :D

early x mas shopping I suspect. With the supply chains being broken folks aren't going to wait until the last second this year

Good, because my cash stockpile was quickly dwindled down with all these “opportunities”
It looked good sitting there, but got boring after 48 hours. What can I say, I’m weak

This pretty much sums up how I feel about the markets red or green days.
