You're probably doing better than I am at this point lol. My play account has been hemmoraghing money this week. PLTR might save my ass, and the 3/19 PFE calls should do OK. I put in a sale for my VALE contracts and it almoooost hit today and then just plummeted. (Ignore the SPY pie in the sky calls)

I sold my first today on KO. It expires next Friday, strike price is $55.50. I got $7 for it. I’m going to start slow and see how I like it, hopefully it works out and I can do a bunch every week.

Looks like the top chart always goes way down around the time or before corrections and or bear markets. The bottom chart is looks to be showing the sp500 price which is very close or at all time highs.
im not sure what the ratio is that he’s talking about, probably something to do with scratch off lotto tickets.

Or stocks at record prices when half of them haven’t made diddly squat in 9 months.

Puts higher, market due for a correction. That’s my take but as a buyer that’s great news. I’m not a chart reader, more of a share collector.

Ok so the opposite of what I thought it said. That’s why I don’t read charts and just buy as much quality as I can :notsure:

Not necessarily the opposite, some would say overly bullish would suggest its due for correction. But things are a little funny right now

I consistently bought TGT and AAPL through the bull market and those positions doubled; I did the same with XOM and it halved. That’s why I don’t pay any attention to charts, nobody knew any of that was going to happen.

Have everything set to sale if value drops under 95% ...a couple weeks ago it triggered on ITA around the 150 mark. Uggg I hate taking a loss but will use to buy more quality like COST.

Did you see the special dividend Costco is paying, $10 a share. I wish I had got into that one years ago.

The chart on that looks great. I don’t buy anything that doesn’t pay dividends though, I’m building an income portfolio for when I want to take a few years off here and there. That company looks like a good investment though based on a quick look.

Yeah Zacks Rank makes no sense sometimes as an example ..this is a #2 BUY with D's while COST is a #3 HOLD with A's

    edit : also .. https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/CDNS/dividends/no-dividends

Probably will hold cash until May or so for no reason in particular, just 'feel' like a long winter 'blinds' all. YMMV

I never hold cash other than if I need it for something. You could put your cash into something like T or an ETF like SPHD and make some money for the next 6 months, and odds are, the securities will be worth more or close to even. I just like to keep money working for me as much as possible.
