    You buy 100 shares for $1300...
    Then you SELL the $15 covered call for friday for $400...
    SO now you are obligated to sell your 100 shares @$15 a share on friday if it closes $15 or higher...
    Kick is it has to close OVER $19.10 for you to lose money on the trade and anything under $15 and you keep the $410...
    Mind you that $410 also LOWERS your cost basis on the stock to $8.90 a share...So now you have downside protection against loss to $9...

    SO let's say you're afraid it will TANK... you buy the $10 Put for $250....
    Now you have a PUT CALL spread....
    Subtract the $250 from the $410 for your cost basis adjustment...
    $160.
    Now you're upper max is $15+$160, or $1660...IF it closes over $15....
    Your lower max is $1000 (the $10 put - the right to sell 100 shares at $10), plus the leftover $160 so $1160....So your maximum LOSS on the trade is $1300-$1160 $140.
    Maximum Gain is the pocketed premium without the strike price hitting, $160.

    You're looking at a ~75% chance of a $160/1300 x100 12.4% return on your money in 3 days...
    AND you can do it again next week...
    and the next week...
    REPEAT...
    and get a 12% return....until you lose your shares to a call or exercise the put...

    There was one day where you could successufflly sell $ZOM calls for profit...I would have done so...
    I love the Pharma volatility for mining calls..You just have to be content to lose your shares...

    The most painful it gets is when the stock you sold the call on goes crazy and you miss that profit. But that’s a part of the risk. I’d love for BYSI to trade flat this week. Next week it can start running
