I believe the true short interest is astronomical, just unbelievably high to the point that even layman would wonder what the hell SHF thought the endgame was.

I believe that short interest is hidden in various financial instruments that do not appropriately label the securities/products within as being sold short, and as a result does not properly calculate the risk involved in the positions/products.

I believe that those financial instruments are a house of cards much like subprime bundles in 2008 where even those who architected the product do not fully understand what is contained within, and that when combined with historically high leverage will come crumbling down in catastrophic fashion due to some incredibly minor, unforeseen event.

I believe that reporting about such practices sector-wide has been designed specifically to obfuscate important information and render it stale/useless once/if ever acquired.

I believe the entire financial system is designed specifically to take money from Main St either directly via individual investor accounts and 401k plans, or straight-up financial crimes that require socialized losses passed by political cronies.

I believe all of this and hope with what is left of my cold, dead heart that those responsible will face consequence, or (at minimum) live in fear of consequence for the first time in their lives and it puts a damper on the mood of their yacht party cocaine orgies.

Long and very complicated story short:

You become your own crypto bank. You will be able to use your debit card to load coins on to Eth layer 2 with minimal (like really minimal) fees. You will own these coins, they will not be held in an exchange (rip coinbase).

You can deposit and withdraw for dollars at any time.

This is where I've been since the beginning more or less. Unless there is a hell of a black swan or regulatory shift, I think this thing is going to keep boucing between 150 and 300 until the more devoted GME'ers get bored.

 

Yeah, even if all GME did was make a system that cut gas fees by 95%+ and make it publicly available for others to leverage that would be huge.

Now let's talk about that same system being the first widely available platform (with a friggin' FIAT ONRAMP BUILT-IN!!) in an entirely new space that is primed to absolutely explode in the immediate future.

Then imagine you knew this well before the stock price reflected that information.

THEN imagine that is all happening while a short position that should not be possible to create has been taken out against that company (who is making the turnaround to end all turnarounds), which primes the stock for a literally never before seen market event that just prolapses SHF buttholes while money just pours out.

 

Then imagine you bought AMC instead and had to pay for a useless Spiderman NFT while C-level staff cashed out and diluted your holdings.
