I'm wondering if I should go with them, Fidelity, E Trade, or Webull. I already have them all open except Webull from the past, just need to fund them.

 

I was chatting with them just now and they said they can negotiate that price if you call them.

 

The morning commute started it off. Idiots doing 25 MPH in the fast lane on 395. Right next to idiots doing 25 MPH in the slow lane. Stupid people piss me off. Then I had to shovel off the damn job site by myself because the rest of the crew took a powder day. My boss showed up for a minute and saw my mood. He gave me the "looks great" and got right back in his truck. lol

As long as BBIG starts to move up we're good. GTii is due for a down day and I fully expect one this week. I'm at 43% profit and not even thinking about unloading yet.

 

I don't know shit about Fidelity but I do know a lot about E-Tarde. If you place 30+ trades a quarter you are considered an "active trader". That drops the option fee to $0.50 from $0.65. It also drops the OTC fee from $6.95 to $2.95. I place a hell of a lot more trades then that but never bothered to call to see if they'll lower it. It's already pretty low compared to other brokerages.

 

The guy I just chatted with on Fidelity doesn't seem to know what he's talking about. He's saying that even on a cash account, a trade that is bought and sold on the same day is a day trade and 4 in a 5 day rolling window will mark you PDT. But TD Ameritrade and everything else I can find says you can day trade unlimited in a cash account as long as it's with settled funds.

 

The guy is right. You will be considered a PTD if you have 4 or more day trades in a 5 business days. The only way around it is to open a margin account, get PTD status and keep $25K in the account.
