My house is a cheap, shit built tract home. Means nothing to me aside from the fact the mortgage is cheap and the market value keeps going up.

I over-insured on purpose. My wife and I both really like our home. If it was to get burned up tomorrow we'd both be bummed for about 4 months. Then we'd be stoked. That over-insured value would allow me to build a true dream house on the same lot. The perks of being a carpenter. lol

 

80% of the reason I'm holding GME is so I can make you build...supervise the build... of my new house.

 

If mine were already paid off I’d probably do like you and leave it paid off. I recently refinanced at a lower rate and it’s a little more than half paid off and I’ll leave it that way, rather than paying it off with my stocks which pay me far more interest as others have pointed out. Refinancing also reduced my payments significantly as a bonus, getting set for retirement.

 

I feel that. We're in a custom build. No regrets.

Hudson Bay has exercised the JULY warrants. Then BBIG granted them DEC warrants at $3.2x. Those can't be converted until BBIG reaches 400M shares outstanding. They are using the $32M from the JULY conversion for the AdRizer acquisition among "other things". A lot of idiots are gonna read this as bullish. It's not.

BBIG just said it plans to dilute to 400M shares and HB agrees to buy after that dilution at $3.2x. Meaning both companies think $3.2x is gonna be fair market value after dilution. We're fucked.

 

I also don't know exactly what time this was posted on EDGAR but I'm willing to bet money it's the reason we ran to $3.60 then ran right back down.
