I've bought repairables for the the last 20 years and drove (driving) them into the dirt after I fix them. I haven't done a repairable in the last 3 years and am curious how today's market has effected the process .

If China legit makes a move on Taiwan, Taiwan has been pretty clear that they'll destroy their manufacturing infrastructure. So China gets an island with a bunch of destroyed buildings and no way to make more keyfobs or cellphone boards.

US backs Taiwan as do all of our allies. All the major players have been massing naval fleets in the South China Sea. I don't think, and I would certainly hope not that China would move to invade Taiwan.

The Russia situation I know far less about because it was never something I would have thought to worry about.

But nobody has ever fought Russia in the winter and won, so I hope the world takes all that into account.
