Just got done reading the BBIG Adrizer 8K.

The biggest thing I found was they did not include finincials in the statement. They will provide them within 71 days of the closing date which was FEB 11. I'm guessing they did this so they can include the current quarter in the financials. Shaqs Fun House thing went down on the 11th and it had a lot of views for LOMO. Adrizer was owned by BBIG on that date so those figures will be included in the financials when they are released. I'm not stoked about the lack of info but I can see why they are doing it this way.

The retail sales were not price-change adjusted, FYI everyone. And we have seen well above average inflation in minimally discretionary consumer categories like food, energy, building supplies.

Also PPI in January came in YOY 9.7%. Fuuuuuuuuck.

Non-price-adjusted sales numbers are crushing because inflation is too.
